We are excited to announce a new specialized group training class called BACK UP! at our PCM location Mondays at 2pm! BACK UP! is created and instructed by TFAC Trainer, Susan Powell! . Susan has over 20 years of experience in the specific injury training. She is a certified ACE-Advanced Health and Fitness Trainer and is also certified in The Biomechanics Method. She has a medical background in soft tissue injuries. She trains individuals with specific health concerns to nav...igate their exercise regimes using education and goal specific routines. "I believe the best approach to healing an injury is a positive attitude, a strong willingness to 'show up', and a consistent exercise routine." . BACK UP! : A back strengthening class that will take you through a 45 minute session designed to strengthen, increase range of motion, flexibility and balance for a better back. This specialized class includes a 10 min warm up and 7 mins in 5 set groupings. $36/class with a max of 6 people per class. . BACK UP! will introduce: 1. Range of Motion 2. Plank for strength 3. Flexibility 4. Core and Balance building 5. Postural mechanics . BACK UP! is a great class for members who want to rehab, pre-hab or keep your back strong for life! Both TFAC Locations have temporarily closed. We plan to update on our IG stories regularly so stay tuned for reopening dates, virtual work outs, featured trainers, and some outside sweat sessions! . The Fortin + Owens family has had a gym for 22 years so closing the doors was surreal. We plan to take this time to clean up our software, tidy up the gym, and reflect on the positives like the many awesome members + staff we will be missing on a day to day bases. . As a courtesy, we have paused all memberships from billing while our facilities are closed. Please contact our Operations Manager, Simone if you run into any billing and account issues! We plan to be as accommodating as possible in this atypical circumstance.
