We have several buyers who are seeking to expand their Petroleum Jobberships. The list below is a brief description of what their investment criteria is. If you have properties or contracts that meet their criteria, please contact me so that we may make the initial introductions. ... 1. Georgia jobbers/multi store packages Jobber is seeking additional jobbers and or multi store packages. Since they already have a presence in Georgia, they are willing to look at any size jobber. In regards to stores, they would consider a minimum package of 10. But, they must be able to supply fuel to these locations. 2. Southeastern jobbers/multi store packages We are working with a few jobbers who are seeking a minimum of 30MM annual gallons sold with or without stores included in the deal. Prefer GA, AL, TN, NC, SC. 3. Nationwide jobbers/multi store packages Jobber is seeking additional jobbers with minimum of 30MM annual gallons sold with or without stores included in the deal. They would consider any geographic area with a strong preference to Georgia ,Tennessee(Not Memphis),Texas and California. 4. Nationwide multi store packages Several buyers seeking multi store packages. Some would not consider continuing fuel supply agreements while others would. Fee simple and/or ground leases can be considered. Minimum of 10 stores per package. Remember that all of our buyers have strong financial backing and all deals will be cash at closing. Domestic oil production reversed decades-long decline Following declines in all but one year from 1986 to 2008, U.S. oil production (crude oil and lease condensate) increased in 2009 and again in 2010. Average production dipped below 5.0 million barrels per day (bbl/d) in 2008 then climbed to 5.4 million bbl/d in 2009 and 5.5 million bbl/d in 2010, with 2010 volumes representing an 11 percent increase over 2008.
