As night comes your body produces melatonin to help you sleep, but those little lights from your electronic devices or even a night light can signal your brain the is time to wake up. So for a great night sleep invest in some light blocking curtains or shades and power down all your electronics, or move them out of the room. And of course since you spend a third of your life in bed, make sure it’s a good one!
