Don't forget that Pilates at the Wellness Center returns tomorrow evening (Tuesday, 1/5) at 6:30pm! Please bring your own mat and props (if you have them). Irene is so excited to be back with you all!

Unfortunately, we are cancelling tonight’s pop-up Kickboxing class with Rebecca. We will reschedule very soon!
