Hey I am sure everyone will one day run across an issue at some point with a Windows 10 computer. If you power on your Windows 10 computer and you are greeted with a black screen you may want to try a simple solution to recover from that. In a new video I show in real time how to recover a Windows 10 laptop from a failed boot. The computer was brought into my shop in Savannah GA. The laptop boots to nothing but a black screen with a flashing cursor. The issue is fixed by booting to Windows 10 boot media and running a Startup Repair. Hey if you ever have problems with your keyboard on your laptop don't think that your computer needs to be replaced! TCR can repair or replace your keyboard at an affordable price. The customer brought the computer in... and claimed that the computer had died. No power at all. Upon Diagnostics I determined that the keyboard was actually causing the laptop not to power on. On this model HP you have to completely dis-assemble the entire laptop just to gain access to the keyboard. In this video I show how to add your own custom tools to the already useful WRT program. Alex, the creator of WRT has added a feature that allows you to add your own custom tools and scripts. I show how to add these tools by editing a .xml file. As viruses and and malware become more difficult to remove using a tool like Windows Repair Toolbox makes cleaning up an infected system a bit easier having all of your tools in one location ready for you to use. New video showing how to access a hard drive on a HP Split Tablet. Most tablets today just have "built in" storage that is either married to the main board or added as a external card or drive.
