Child Tax Credit Awareness Day Is TODAY, Monday, June 21! The ARP created a monthly child allowance to replace the current Child Tax Credit. Beginning in July 2021, families who qualified for this year's Child Tax Credit on their tax return will receive monthly payments of $300 per child under age 6 and $250 per child aged 617. Good afternoon, On Monday, April 12, FEMA begins processing applications for funeral assistance, helping ease some of the financial stress created by the COVID-19 pandemic. FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19-related funeral expenses incurred after Jan. 20, 2020, under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
