Exercise is critical to wellness during and after the breast cancer journey and has been shown to decrease fatigue, increase quality of life, assist with weight control and reduce the risk of breast cancer recurrence. TurningPoint offers individualized exercise programs to help our patients regain mobility and function and return to an active lifestyle. We also offer group exercise programs each week and weekly virtual workout videos posted on our YouTube Channel and Faceboo...k page. Classes are taught by physical therapists who are certified instructors that understand the breast cancer journey and can adapt the class to individual needs. Interested? Please call TurningPoint to learn more about participating in our exercise programs.
