The Laurens County Livestock Committee will host their winter livestock show on Friday February 5th at 6:00pm at Southern Pines Ag & Expo Center. We will hold a cake auction to raise funds to send our local youth livestock showmen to the State Livestock Show in Perry. We are also currently selling Holy Smokes BBQ tickets for $25.00 to help cover the costs of blood testing for the showman's livestock. You can purchase those tickets from a livestock showman or at the Extension Office from now until February 5th.

Registration is now open for the 2021 Virtual Pecan Production Meetings. You must register to view and participate in the virtual meetings. To register click on the link below or scan the QR code in the post. https://ugapecan2021.eventbrite.com/ You choose the meeting date that fits your schedule. You will receive a confirmation email once you are registered. Then on the day of the meeting, you will receive an email with the Zoom link for the meeting you selected.
