Creativity Corner: Ghost Meringues These Ghost Meringues sure got us in the spooky-mood at our first Spooktacular Saturday Camp! The meringues themselves are easy to make with a combination of egg whites, sugar and cream of tartar, which gave us extra time to work on our presentation! Each camper got to individually package their best looking meringues as we discussed why it's important to take pride in your appearance and how this extends to giving thoughtful gifts.
