# transformationtuesday w/ VESTA’s sweetheart, @braddlemaire Take it away, Brad!! ....... Who’s that guy!? Was that really me!? It’s safe to say that my health and fitness had taken a back seat for the last few years. Dieting has never been my strong suit (this is the South after all ) and the gym intimidated me to no end. Navigating my twenties, traveling for work, and bouncing between three different states really limited my time to focus on me. When moving to Atlan...ta I decided to make a promise to myself - Find something active I enjoy doing with people I enjoy doing it with. I frequented a few gyms before realizing that I needed a group class of some sort and most importantly, it needed to be FUN. A few google searches and one very encouraging phone call later - I was booked for my first class at Vesta Movement. I was nervous, y’all! Walking into my first class I was prepared for it to be my last. But from the introduction at the door, meeting the trainer and learning basic combo moves, to just the all around vibe of the other Vesta-goers I was hooked.

This month, we are teaming up with @impactdcd again! They are looking for developmental toys for young kids. They are listed in the next slide! PLEASE DROP OFF YOUR DONATIONS at either VESTA studio BY 12/14 or AMAZON to the address listed thank you!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all our VESTA loves!!!! We made it outta 2020, but we’re still in this pandemic.... We are going to keep the masks mandatory for January. Our goal is to provide a safe space for everyone to workout and focus on their mental and physical health while doing our part to help curb the spread and still remain in business. We want to thank everyone for being so flexible and supportive while we continue to try and do our best.We believe there’s a bright-ass light at the end of this tunnel and keeping our masks is crucial to doing our part!
