Real conversation: Long time client: I feel so much better after getting a massage from you. It’s like a weight has been lifted and now I can go home and my kids won’t get on my nerves (nervous laugh ). I wish they can come here too so they can just chill out for the rest of the night. Me: Well bring them in.... Client: Oh no! I can barely afford this for myself. Plus, they would never keep still. Me: So you should take my online course. It will teach you how to incorporate massage into your everyday life and make your home environment less stressful. Client: Oh yeah. I saw your email. I thought it was just for Massage Therapists. Me: (Thinking to myself: I thought I said it was for parents as well in my email. How do I make it more clear who my courses are for?) Solution: A Video!
