We encourage all of our patients to use this new service we are offering! This will make checking in faster and smoother for our patients and staff. Good Morning patients! We are launching a new way of appointment reminders!! If you have text reminders as your preferred way and have an appointment coming up within two days you will receive the usual text but there will be a web link. When you click on the link it will walk you through the process of updating your info in our system...BEFORE you even get into the office! How awesome is that?! It will say Begin Check-In and then you will just follow the prompts. And on the day of your appointment you can even start your actual check-in process from that same web link! Due to the large increase in volume of people requesting Covid testing, we must limit the number of new patients we can accomodate in building C each day. Please call for an appointment to reserve a spot.

The past few days and the next few weeks are going to be very hard on us and our community. I know everyone is frustrated, scared and tired. Please remember that we are working as hard as possible to accomodate everyone who wants to be tested and seen. The volume and timing of patients arriving, calls, testing supplies and severity of illness is completely unpredictable for us. The staff in our office and every other primary care office are working over time to keep up. ... Remember that we are there for you because we want to help you live your best healthiest life. Trust me, no one would be in primary care at this point if they didn’t have a true love for humanity! This year has been a hot mess! None of these people ask or expect special thanks. Please please take a pause for five seconds before venting to that staff member who is only trying to help. Try to express what you need/feel calmly. These are good people and they take a lot of abuse already without complaining. I’m so proud of all the staff and especially those in building C! Excuse our shorts and T-shirt’s but that pavement is hot!! You will see the boss out there in his straw hat! #countryboyatheart #franklinsmisson

Good evening! We are having a change in our visitor policy for the time being. For our patient's safety, we are asking that family members of patients please wait in the car. VIM news update! We now have IgG tests to check for immunity and past exposure, come in to building C or call for an appt! As the restrictions slowly lift for Georgia, there will be an expected increase in Coronavirus cases. We are here for you with supportive care. ... If you have fever, diarrhea, cough/cold symptoms or exposure- Call for an appt or come to building C. Do not wait! We can monitor you daily, give fluids if needed and use the meds indicated currently. Early treatment has shown to decrease duration of infection and mortality. Virtual Visits Always Available! We ARE open! Don’t neglect your routine healthcare!

Attention patients... we have extended our early closing hours another two weeks. As of right now we are seeing our last patient at 3:00 pm everyday until April 17th, 2020.
