Our dinner special is this Pan Roasted Half Chicken, featuring pan roasted half chicken served over Robuchon style pommes puree with fried brussel sprouts and chicken jus, for $25. The Robuchon style potatoes, made famous by Chef Joel Robuchon, are pureed with lots of butter and some cream. The chicken, known as airline chicken breast, is deboned except for the wing bone in the breast. Enjoy this dish through Saturday night.

November is a month of giving thanks, and December is a month of giving, so we kicked things off by giving 105 meals to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We fed a full three-course meal to staff and patients' families. One patient enjoyed the chocolate mousse dessert so much that he ate three, after having no desire to eat for several days. We are blessed to be able to serve the heroes and families in our community who can benefit from a hot meal cooked by someone else. Many thanks to all involved who made this happen!
