COMPLETE 5,000' square ft Acadamey Dance Studio remodel. Demo wood paneling, finish drywall, & paint. Installed new emergency lights, floating cork flooring(super quiet), baseboard, & shoemold.

Finished up Deck Repair in Maple Ridge last week. It was very poorly constructed & not safe! Added Tryvek Composite to top of handrails for zero rot future! Letting lumber dry then painting after few weeks.
