How many of us out there have a bathtub in our Master Bath that only gets dusted occasionaly and to spread towels out to dry on? We keep these bahemiths because someone somewhere told us a Master Bath MUST have a tub for resale value. We then settle for a thin shower stall that gets heavily used daily?!? This makes no sense. The truth is you just need a tub in a bathroom in the home somewhere. Who wouldn’t love to have a large beautiful shower with plenty of storage for... your products and multiple fixture heads? This is the one area of our home that we use every day and sets the tone for the rest of our day. The options available are endless from plumbing fixtures, beautiful tile materials, even drain styles. Did I mention the accessability potential? None of us are getting any younger and if you think you will be in you home for many more years, it’s not a bad idea to prepare for mobility issues. Curbless entries, large benches, and wide openings not only look amazing but are invaluable if your mobility is compromized due to age and/or injury.
