Dear Residents and Prospective Residents, Your safety, health, and well-being are of the utmost importance to our management team. We understand there are many concerns around COVID-19 and we want to assure you our team is doing all we can to protect our residents and employees and to prevent the spread of disease. Your onsite management and maintenance staff will be working during regular business hours. However, we are following the advice of the CDC by practicing social di...stancing by closing the office to the general public and residents until advised otherwise. Fitness and business centers are closed until further notice. We are asking all residents and prospective residents to communicate via phone or email, but we are accepting paperwork and application fees in our leasing offices. Now is a very important time to make sure the leasing office has your correct contact information like phone and email address so you can receive updated information quickly. Additionally, we ask that you only call in high priority or emergency work orders to minimize social contact. Management is monitoring information from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC for updates. We will continue to be proactive and transparent in our communication to avoid panic, misinformation, and ensure your expectations are managed. Preventing a pandemic is everyone’s job.
