Gianni Lee is a multidisciplinary visual artist utilizing diverse mediums to examine and explore themes of racial inequality, communication and technology. Lee’s latest works incorporates his colorful skeletal figures prominent in his street art as well more detailed full color compositions. Lee’s work pulls from his early influences like comic books, sci-if and video games which not only kept him occupied in fantasy world as a kid but many of the motifs found in these worlds... mirror what’s happening in society today. Black Heroism & The Wounds They Carry is now open to the public by appointment. The Gallery will also host a meet and greet with the artist on November 8th from 3-7pm. Due to the ongoing pandemic, guests must book an appt to ensure the safety of staff and gallery patrons for each event.
