Women of W.O.R.T.H., Inc. is in the process of merging with the Family Health Centers of Georgia, Inc. The process is taking longer than expected due to things that are out of the health centers' hands. We will not be open again until March. If you need services, the Family Health Centers at Cobb is part of our network. They can provide the depo shot for $40 or less for those who have not yet gotten their depos. Their address is: 805 Campbell Hill Road, Marietta, GA 30060. Th...eir telephone number is: (770) 919-0025. Your public health department can also provide birth control services and Pap smears. You guys and gals have really stepped up to support Women of W.O.R.T.H.! Thank you--the clinic is rooted in the community and you continue to offer money, volunteers and needed supplies to help Women of W.O.R.T.H. flourish. All donations are tax deductible and go straight into direct services to patients, paying for labwork, medications and procedures. The clinic is catching up on paying unpaid bills and saving up for new medications. No frills. The staff has even been working for free for half of the year! Women of W.O.R.T.H. is going through a big change and will finally have federal and state funding (after 10 years)! The clinic is closed until January, as we go through this transition. We will keep you updated as we expand our services and capacity to serve more people. <3

Calling all trucks and helping hands! Women of W.O.R.T.H. needs help moving tomorrow between 9am-4pm. We are getting a U-haul but any extra trucks help! We have several pieces of furniture to move and several boxes. We will be moving to our new office at 19B John Maddox Drive, Rome, GA 30165.
