Tomorrow night at Georgia Poultry Federation's Night of Knights over 4,100 guests will get to enjoy Chef Walker's Ricotta Orange Cheese Cake with Strawberry Compote. Many local products will be used including butter from Banner Butter and honey from Zeigler's Honey Company!
