We will take care of Whoville, Land of Sweets, and especially that pesky Nutcracker and Clara girl! No more merriment, no more joyous singing, no more Christmas!" When questioned about w...hat he meant by "we" and "take care of" he refused to answer and said more will be announced as we get closer... He pleads for the public to attend The Eagle Theatre performances of the Nutcracker to witness for themselves, his takeover and triumph over this terrible holiday. Parents and teens, looking fir a strong workout that dance based? One of our ALL STARS moms, Kim Gribbin, is a phenomenal fitness instructor. Please see what she is offering to help your new year get you in the shape you want in a fun way... Les Mills Barre is a 45 minute cardio and strength workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles and build strength and stability using high reps and light weights. It incorporates classic ballet positions with fun music! The class is on Fridays at 8:30AM Onelife Fitness located at 3775 Windermere Parkway, Cumming. Guest fee is $5 for a day pass.

I’m a dancer, iI can’t eat!!! WRONG!!! ... A dancer’s diet should typically be 55-60% carbohydrate. During intense training and rehearsal, carbohydrate should be increased to make up 65% of all calories consumed.
