To Our Church Members and Friends. We pray all is well with you and your families. As we approach this coming 1st Sunday in August, which is traditionally our Homecoming Sunday, we invite everyone to come out @9:30 a.m. Sunday morning for our Parking Lot Service. As we all know, we are in a time right now where churches everywhere are trying to make the best decisions they can to still function as a church, but still stay safe until it's deemed safe to worship on a normal b...asis. Unfortunately staying apart from each other has become the new normal. We want to encourage you to come and enjoy and support the church as we hopefully move to be back inside our building again soon. Prayfully we as Christians are clinging to and living strong the faith we've often expressed we have in our God. By our faith we can and we will overcome these perilous times we face. Remember to turn to the hill from which your help comes from and stay faithful and strong. May God place his blessings upon all of us. Hello Arbor Chapel. What a service we had on Sunday. Due to the rising numbers of the Covid-19 virus, we could not hold service in the Sanctuary. I think the... service worked for us. We need to thank Wilson Jr. for the use of his amplifier and Melvin for his help on the setup. I hope that the next time we meet that we can have the same claim of a good time. We also so need to thank Sisters Nettie, Tiffany and Chikitheya Williams-Travis for their help on getting things ready for the service. Also we need to thank sister Vanessa Williams for her help on getting the information sheets out to us. See, none of these people were paid, they did this because they love their Church and we thank you. So, we are asking everyone that can to come out on July 19, 2020 at 9:30 am as we attempt to serve the Lord at that time. For those of you that showed up, we want to thank you! Bring your lawn chairs and umbrellas if you would like to sit outside your cars to hear God's word. We ask that you have your tithes ready in a envelope and you can place them in the drop box as you come into the parking lot. Holy communion will be pre bagged and you can take one when you drop your tithes in the box. There will also be no public restrooms. See you all Sunday morning. To everyone who is tired of your ears hurting from your mask due to Covid-19, Mr. Singleton has graciously made mask bands with his 3D printer. These mask bands will elevate the pain off your ears from your straps. If you would like to purchase one from Mr. Singleton, they are only .50each. All proceeds go towards buying more filament to make more bands. He has graciously given thousands of bands to the hospitals, cancer center, pharmacies, and Dr. Offices.
