Realizing that you messed up is hard. Admitting that you messed up to someone else is even harder. However, that is exactly what you have to do in order to apologize to someone. We are all human - which means we are all broken and sinful, so we will mess up and make mistakes. But the good news is we don't have to stay stuck there! Bullying happens when someone repeatedly chooses to use negative words and forceful actions to tear down another person. Bullying can happen when you’re face to face with someone or even when you’re hidden behind a screen. Oftentimes, people choose to bully others because they don’t feel accepted, valued, or loved. They think that if they can take those feelings away from someone else, they will feel better. And guess what? They do feel better . . . just only for a little while. But here’s the thing - not feeling accepted, valued, or loved is a long-term problem, which means it needs a long-term solution.
