It feels like Fall is in the air! Everyone knows what that means: Time to get your heaters and furnaces checked out and ready for winter. It's also time to check your tanks and order propane. Everyone stay safe and stay healthy!

Dear Customers, As the Coronavirus continues to spread into our communities I have made the decision to close the offices to the public. This is in order to protect the health of the employees and, by extension, their families at home. Please be assured that your propane needs will continue to be met. Staff will be in place to take your orders via phone or the Internet. Payments can still be mailed in, paid by credit card or check by phone. If you have any questions, please call the office as normal. Thank you for your understanding. Stay home, stay healthy! David B Harwell and staff.

Dear Customers, During this most stressful time with COVID-19, we at Blue Flame are trying to do our part in protecting ourselves and our neighbors. We realize that as a propane company we need to make sure you get your deliveries. However, our drivers are trying to find ways to limit unnecessary contact with you, the customer. We also offer ways for you to make payments online and by phone so you don't have to leave home to pay your bill. Visit our website to pay online or call one of our offices to pay by credit card or check over the phone. If we all do our part by practicing "social distancing" perhaps we will all get through this sooner. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Your Friends at Blue Flame

What a "winter" we are having thus far! Although the temps have been fairly mild, heaters and furnaces are still running. Be sure to check your tank regularly and order gas when your gauge shows 15% to 20%!

It finally feels like Fall! Why not take a few minutes while out enjoying the cooler air to check your tank. Need a fill up? Give us a call. It's not too early to be thinking ahead for Winter!

Good news! Beginning September 30th, our Thomaston office will again be open Monday through Friday. We certainly appreciate your patience during this past winter, and summer, when we were opened only two to three days a week. We are looking forward to serving your propane needs full-time out of our Thomaston office this coming winter season!

School is back in session! Please be careful driving through school zones. Watch for the school bus, slow down when the yellow lights are flashing and STOP when they are red! Help keep our kids safe! Here is a great article on school zone and school bus safety! Have a great school year! https://dph.georgia.gov//dph.geo/files/bussafety.fs.03.pdf

Good morning! Rather chilly outside. We hope all are safe after yesterday's storms. We have moved into our Spring/Summer hours. We are now closed on Saturdays. Have a great week everyone!

To our customers served out of our Thomaston office: Our office hours have changed for the foreseeable future. We will be opened Tuesdays and Fridays only. Most of you have come to know Christy, our full-time secretary in the office. Christy has decided to embark on a career change and is leaving us at the end of this week. While we will greatly miss her, we wish her the very best in her new job. At present this will leave us short on office personnel. Please be assured that... you will continue to have your same drivers and can call the same telephone number Monday through Friday. When the office is closed, it will be transferred to our Griffin office automatically. We are working to reopen the office to normal business hours but at this point we are unsure as to when that will be. We greatly appreciate your patience and we certainly appreciate your business!

We wanted to inform our customers that our drivers will be working all weekend in an attempt to get their gas calls caught up. With the very cold temps as of late, people are using more propane than normal. It is very important that you keep a check on your tank! Our drivers have been working from early morning until dark every day and now through the weekend. Our secretaries have been taking and dispatching the calls as quickly as possible. Your PATIENCE and KINDNESS is greatly appreciated.

With such frigid temperatures and our office being closed for New Years Day, you can imagine we are extremely busy today! We are also shorthanded in the office due to cold/flu season. We ask that you please be patient with our office staff AND our drivers who are out in these cold temps working as hard and fast as they can to get your order to you. Help us help you: DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF GAS TO ORDER. It is impossible for our drivers to get to every single call that comes in each day. If you haven't checked to see how much propane you have in your tank recently, we recommend doing so NOW! To avoid running out of propane, please order when you have between 15 -20%.
