What you'll do: Visually inspect merchandise received from the manufacturer. Verify that products meet all company standards and requirements. ... Complete product verification in computer files, entering and recording inspection data in computer program and measuring products for supplier adherence. Utilize superior decision making skills to determine pass/fail result of products. Be proactive and alert Supervisor of trends found in inspection. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time. What you'll do: Stock pick slots with product according to the drop zone report and in replenishment date sequence. (Back stock and normal replenishment)... Monitor back stock and pick locations. Check drop zone reports and put up replenishment accordingly. Use RF Unit to scan merchandise to pick slots. Fill turnovers from zone picking and call down merchandise to fill pick slots. Up stock un-used cartons from back stock. Learn new procedures as necessary. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
