For today's #TBT we blow back to 1936 and the invention of the aptly named Drunkometer, forerunner of the modern day breathalyzer, which shows potential driver impairment by measuring blood alcohol content. (Field sobriety tests were first used in 1981.) A gentle reminder from all of us that July 4th is the deadliest holiday for drunk driving fatalities, so drive with caution, have a fun holiday weekend and thank you for not drinking and driving.
