Come and join our team! We are looking for kitchen help and front of house help at canyon grill. You may apply in person Wednesday through Sunday. We are located on top of lookout mountain approximately 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, near Cloudland Canyon State Park.

Mero Sea Bass direct from Honolulu, Hawaii! This fish is white & flakey with a high oil content. It gives off an amazing buttery sweet flavor. Delicious pan seared or grilled and served with tomato crudo.
