We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with Ruth’s Cottage, The Patticake House, and Tiftarea’s House of Hope for a HUGE community benefit yard sale at the end of July! Along with the yard sale, there will be refreshments, snacks, and a small bake sale going on. There’s going to be a little bit of everything, so there will be something for everyone. This major event will be held in our very own parking lot. All proceeds raised this day will be split between Ruth’s Cottage, The Patticake House, and Tiftarea’s House of Hope. 1st event held at Chino & Letty’s Place Beautiful service held by Fervent City Church. The word was alive! Thankful and Blessed to be apart of it!

As this pandemic has effected everyone in one way or another, we have a special place in our hearts for the graduating class of 2020. They may not have had the graduation they always dreamed of, so we'd like to help in a small way. We'd like to award two outstanding graduates both with a $500 scholarship that will used for anything necessary in furthering their education. The two recipients will be primarily chosen based on the personal essay that is described in the form below. We did not meet the deadline for our scholarship to be included with other scholarships attached to the high school, so we are asking anyone and everyone to share this with a Tift County High School graduate that they believe is deserving of this. The deadline to apply in Sunday, July 26, 2020. Thank you all so much.

Hi, Tifton. My wife and I would like to properly introduce ourselves to the community. Our names are Luis and Letisia Martinez, but everyone calls us Chino and Letty- hence our business' name. We’ve been in the farming business for 20+ years and we don’t necessarily plan on leaving it any time soon. We’ve had employees that have been with us for over a decade and have easily become our family along the way. With this new adventure however, we are turning our lifelong dream in...to a reality- slowly but surely. Our services will vary from private events, weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, nights designed for college students to relieve some stress, karaoke nights, bailes with numerous Tejano groups throughout the year, comedy nights, to somewhere to watch the big game/fight and so much more. We will also offer other enjoyable amenities such as a mechanical bull, advanced photo booth, and a full-service bar on special events. What we are most excited about is our VIP section. This section will allow you to live life to the fullest that night and enjoy your privacy while being engaged in the event going on. Safety is always going to be one of our biggest concerns as it is to many people. In light of this statement, there will always be security at every event as we would like our place to be treated with the respect it deserves.
