Happy Thanksgiving to each of you. We have all had a tough/stressful year so far. But many of us are blessed to still be healthy enough to train. I am thankful for each of you and your families. Happy Thanksgiving from us to you.

For those who don’t know! Crossfit is Functional Fitness, Constantly Varied at High Intensity. What does this mean? Something different to each of us. To some it means trying to get ready for local competitions, to some looking better than we use to, to others it could mean doing the little things in life with ease. Getting up from the couch. Running around the backyard with our kids or grandkids. Picking up our own groceries and putting them on the top shelf. Bending over t...o pick up the paper. Whatever the reason why you want to get better. You need to make the time or really truly want it. Life will hit us hard. Stresses and worries. Fear of the unknown. Anxiety of worrying about tomorrow. We will never be ready. So why not start now. Crossfit the sport is filled with men and women who are gladiator looking beasts. Yes. Oh and they can do stuff than many of us willl never obtain or be able to. But the fitness of Crossfit is something totally different. It is a box filled with all walks of life. Men and Women of all different shapes and sizes, builds and frames. It is young too old. There is no norm. Here is Jim Strong. What an appropriate last name. He is in his sixties and came on a friends tip that he has lost weight and found a fun way to exercise. Jim wanted to just move better so he could play golf and enjoy life a little more. No excuses, he just comes in three times a week. And gives what he can. Puts in the work. If we need to scale he does. But never gives up!!! He does the most he can. Stop wasting your time not getting in better shape. You owe it to yourself. I am amazed at parents who think their kids will just do as they say, not as they do. Your kids are watching and it’s time for you to own and show them to give back to themselves as you should. We all deserve to be our best versions. Thanks Jim Strong
