Someone once said when you love someone with dementia you go thru three stages of grief, once when they are diagnosed, living with them thru the illness and the...n when they pass away ‘Rapidly shrinking brain’ is how doctors described it. I wouldn't wish Dementia on anyone. As the patient's brain slowly dies, they change physically and eventually forget who their loved ones are. Patients can eventually become bedridden, unable to move and unable to eat or drink. There will be people who will scroll by this message because dementia has not touched them. They may not know what it's like to have a loved one who has fought or is fighting a battle against Dementia In an effort to raise awareness of this cruel disease, I would appreciate it if my friends could put this on your page for today. Good morning to my family love my girls so proud of them I am so proud of my daughter Candi I remember when we all was @ the drs office we listen to what the dr was tells about my husband she repeatedly what bobby said when my oldest Grandaughter makayla was born he heard her first cry he said to us in the room when she cryed he said that was his first time he heard his grandchild that will all was be a memory for my daughter Candi
