Psalm 1:4-6, "Consequences of your Choices" Pt 2. 1: The Godless man (sinful man) - he is driven, he is doomed (he must stand before the great white throne in judgement), he is damned. 2: The God of Man (the Savior) - He is our Redeemer, He is our Ruler, He is our Righteousness.

Psalm 1:1-3, Part 1, "The Consequences of your Choices". (1) The Godly man - His character: path - He separated from the world (don't listen to ungodly counsel, don't laugh at ungodly conduct, don't linger in ungodly companions). His consistency: pleasure - he was satisfied in the Word (delight, desire, dedication). His culmination: prosperity - situated by the rivers of water (prominence, position, productivity, propriety).

Minister James Bradley: Psalm 23:1-3, "The Lord is My Shepherd" (1) You must have a Relationship with God - trust Him. (2) God will provide Spiritual Rest - nourishment, the Word. (3) God will restore your soul - refresh, replenish, forgive, give peace. (4) You must see God as a leader - glorify Him.

"Stepping, Stumbling & Standing" Psalm 37:23-25. 3 phases of life: (1) Stepping- details of your life, directions of your life, destination of your life. (2) Stumbling-it's a fact, it's not fatal. (3) Standing-point of interest, personal testimony: where I was, where I am, what I know.

Psalm 31:1-8, "A Request for Refuge". Refuge: a condition of being safe/sheltered from pursuit, danger or trouble. (1) Ask God for help (2) Acknowledge who God is (3) Affirm your trust in God (4) Adore God in worship

Psalm 88:1-3, 'How to Handle Life When You're Hurting" (1) The Psalmist Cry - purpose of his prayer, procedure of his prayer, persistence of his prayer, pleading in his prayer (2) The Psalmist Condition. (3) The Psalmist. was cut off (4) The Psalmist Conclusion: Don't stop praying, Don't stop persevering, Don't stop praising!

Part 3, "The Shepherd Preserves" Psalm 23:5-6 (1) Help for today - my cup runneth over. (2) Hope for tomorrow - surely (yes indeed) goodness (well pleased) & mercy (loving kindness) shall follow me. I will dwell in the house of the Lord - forever - eternity.

Psalm 23:4-5, Part 2, Believers will have dark seasons, but they are temporary. "The Shepherd Protects" 1. He gives peace - yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (If I live, He'll be with me; if I die, I'll be with Him). 2. He gives His presence - for thou art with me (the rod protects, the staff comforts). 3. Through preparation - thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. 4. With prevention - thou anointed my head with oil (oil repels insects, prevents conflict, heals wounds).
