I am available to show property in person: with 24 hours notice to set up an appointment; a copy of a prequalification or preapproval lender letter is required prior to showing any property; and all parties borrowing or purchasing must be present at all showings. I am available to provide listing consultations and preliminary CMAs via phone or email after a phone discussion with sellers about the current condition of the property. I am available for on-site listing consultations with sellers planning to list property immediately or within the next 60 days.
