Peace 2020! I don't think I have to explain what a year this has been. I don't think I know one family who has not been affected. However, I am super thankful for all the personal growth I have learned over the year. I think its important to not become stagnant as a person. Heres to another year of growth and being a little stronger than last year....

As we close the year and celebrate the beginning of a new one I am very thankful. Though this year was not what many of us thought about when we were planning our 2020. I can't help but by thankful, thankful for my friends, family, our health. I wanted to share with you one of my favorite Mexican treats it's called elote. Traditionally it served with the corn on the cob. However I like canned corn it's super easy! The recipe below! Thinning hair? This can be a nightmare! There could be several reasons your hair is thinning. It could be due to surgery, medication, after having a baby, or weightloss. Im sure there are a lot of other reasons for thinning hair. I would like to say that you naturally lose 100-150 hairs a day. That is totally normal. If you have your hair up and have not brushed it, its ok to lose a lot at a time. However if you have noticed that you are losing a lot more than normal I always suggest telling your doctor. I am not convinced that any shampoo or conditioner is going to make your hair grow back. It may make it appear however, once you stop using the product the hair will fall out. I would suggest prenatal or biotin to give you hair a little extra loving.

Dimensional color is when you have several colors in the style. It can be done with highlights or color blocking (Bigger sections of hair). It is not one flat color. I love adding dimension to my colors!
