Ms. Porcher joined our KSP team in SY2019-2020 as a Kindergarten co-teacher and Relay Graduate School of Education Resident. This year, she is a lead homeroom teacher in first grade, leading the CAU Panthers pack. Her passion for providing our scholars, families, and teammates with caring, compassionate, thorough, professional, and joyful hard work is not a secret to anyone! There is never a dull moment during a lesson with Ms. Porcher, and she effortlessly creates a safe sp...ace for scholars to take risks and upholds a high bar of excellence, yet supports them along the way. Although she is a force to be reckoned with and influences both big and little KIPPsters in our KSP community, her energy is calming and sincere. Additionally, she is continuously developing her #ContentMastery, as Ms. Porcher seeks out opportunities to build her math skills and conceptual understanding beyond what is asked of her.
