Alliance Hospice & Palliative Care welcomes seniors to Christmas at the Rapids at the Savannah Rapids.

Today, we honored all of our Patients who have passed away and who we were blessed to care for. It was our distinct honor to also have the US Navy as part of our solemn ceremony, honoring our Veterans.

Alliance Hospice put together a Live Concert at the Home of one of our beloved Patients yesterday! The lovely Anabelle O'Keefe and amazing Doriane Godbee, two of our cherished Volunteers from our Volunteer Program, played the cello and sang, respectively. It was an amazing concert of classical music, R&B, and Motown that the Volunteer Program was proud to present as a Gift to our patient!
