Had a discussion with one of my clients today... I was trying to understand why when a doctor hands out recommendations or pills (which essentially isn’t helpful) one quickly jumps at that but when I recommend solutions to problems like changing footwear, my recommendations get poo pooed!! I gain nothing at all from recommending items to you or exercises... in fact those recommendations are for YOU to help YOU! You came to me, presented your muscle problems and I gave recomme...nded solutions. Medical bills that can cost thousands of dollars vs a few exercises and assistive devices that might set you back $100-$200. Being an experimental guinea pig at your physician’s office while they try this drug or that procedure vs taking the recommendation of someone you see on a regular basis with the SAME complaint. I’ve always been the type of person that practiced what I preach... I wear barefoot shoes, I workout, I go to THE best chiropractor, I get massages, I eat well and I have never had surgery (that was needed). I’m a work in progress too... I haphazardly do stuff to injure myself but I rehabilitate with the knowledge I have. The body is amazing, treat it well!! See more

If the shoe was on the other foot... With the influx of new clients, I now have to invoke another cancellation policy. My current cancellation policy is 24 hr notice or full payment is due. Now for the most part, I get adequate notice from those who value my service and my time, however, I am now getting what I call chronic cancellations. If you cancel now more than 2 times, even with notice, I will put you on a waitlist and I will no longer accept appointments scheduled from you. I’m losing money and time from chronic cancellations and I cannot afford to do so any longer. I don’t normally don’t have a waitlist of ppl hence loss of money even if you give notice. Loss of money equates to going out of business. I love what I do and would like to keep doing what I do, so please respect my time and my business. Thank you!!
