It’s so important to spend a one on one play time with your little ones!

Does your child sit in a 'W' positing? W sitting can be an indication of weak core muscles, which can translate in later years to difficulty with sitting postu...re, difficulty with balance, difficulty with fine motor tasks. To address this, help your child gain strength and stability through activities that engage core muscles such as climbing (climbing up a structure), crawling (crawling through a tunnel), doing different animal walks (walk like a bear), and building strength in their shoulders (ex. pouring activities, stacking cups, drawing or tracing on an easel).

Looking for a fun way to practice handwriting/prewriting strokes with your kiddos?! Download the Writing Wizard app on your phone or iPad! Practice using your index finger or stylus to follow the arrow path and learn how to appropriately form uppercase/lowercase letters as well as various pre-writing strokes for our younger kiddos!
