I’ll never forget the feeling when that first truck pulled into Emmitt Park at 6am. Every food truck in town was a rookie at this point and none of us could comprehend what was about to happen. 17 truckers all came together before trucks were legal and demonstrated how much Sav wanted and needed Food Truckers. We all worked our asses off and took a blind leap of faith... by doing so we created the SAV food truck industry as we know it. It’s been one hell of a ride...
