Friends out there....my home country of Dominica has been devasted by hurricane Maria.... we are organizing a group to assist with engineering and infrastructur...e assessment. Our current need is a vessel, cabin cruiser, yacht etc located in the area. This can serve as a command center and residence for the team as no basic services are currently available in Dominica. If you have access to or know of a vessel, please contact me. We are working to get support and funds separately as well as communications and satelite services.
