Our clients love to read, play golf and drink wine. Doesn’t that sound like a great vacation? So we brought the vacation to their basement! To start we designed the space to include a climate controlled wine room with a custom door and shelves. The basement ceilings were tall but still not high enough to swing a driver! After some engineering, we found a way to replace the floor joists, raise the ceiling and turn a room into an at home golf course, complete with golf simulator. Finally, check out the custom built-in book nook with drawers for storage.
