Olivia demonstrating Clean/Close Grip OHS. We use this exercise to warm up for Snatch & Jerk. This is a very hard exercise to execute if you have mobility restrictions of Shoulder/Ankles but you can still try to perform modified versions by rising your heels with plates underneath and starting your grip between Clean & Snatch.
