Today we had our appreciation lunch for our hard working employees. We appreciate all the hard work and long hours our team puts in.

Today is our second day of the three day cooking event for our employees that have been working and continue to work through Covid-19. We have baked beans but as much bacon Jason Thomas put in there it’s baked bacon with beans, about 25lbs of potatoes for oven potatoes and scalloped potatoes, cole slaw, green beans and BBQ sauce. We have took the brisket off the smoker and wrapped it, it’s cuddled and sleeping in the cooler. Prepared and cooked by Jason Thomas with his sous chef Marianne Thomas. #AthensGA

The start of the three day cooking event for our Awesome employees that have worked and continue to work through Covid-19. Prepared today smoked turkey breast (for the employee that couldn't live without it) not naming any names Cassie Prussia. A mountain of bacon for baked beans, and a 20lb wagyu brisket that is smoking for 26 hours. More to come tomorrow. All prepared by JasonThomas and his sous chef Marianne Thomas.
