At Thrive On Skidaway, we’ve dedicated our lives to ensure there is purpose in every breath of each resident we’re honored to serve. We understand that Older Adults and their loved ones depend on us not only to live, but to live well. It’s a challenge we welcome every day. We are seeking Experience Coordinators (formerly CNAs) that have old fashioned manners, a charming smile, and a servants heart . At Thrive on Skidaway, we see a future society that will stand in awe and admiration of all Older Adults. We believe our residents come here to live! Our goal is to help them live their best life. We carefully select team members who have this same vision. People who see their mission as more than just an team member but a difference maker in the lives of those who live with us. We focus on building relationships with our resident and families and great care is a by product of these relationships. Our experience team interacts with residents in all areas of daily life, providing as much or as little support as they need to remain engaged in an active life. Some of the areas we support residents are in bathing, dressing, cleaning their suite, serving their meals, helping with laundry, daily exercise, a competitive game of cards, planting flowers, or whatever the resident wants to do to remain active and engaged in life. We open in January of 2021 and are looking now to start filling our bench with the best team members to be honored to wear the Thrive jersey!
