Ride with us out to @decaturyoga on Thursday, March 28th. Our homie @mbleonar will teach a hot yoga class at 7:30 just for us. All levels welcome, no experience needed, and we’ll have smoothies and hydration beers on hand afterwards. Whether you ride steel, titanium, alloy, or carbon, yoga can help cyclists improve flexibility, core strength, balance, breathing efficiency, and mental focus. In this class, we will focus on stretching short, tight hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes, calves, and quadriceps; strengthening the back and core; and opening across the frontbody and shoulders.
