Shut out all distractions and focus on the gospel of Peace and the Giver of Peace today: Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:... But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:28-31)

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as east is from west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.... Regardless of how hard yesterday was, today is a new day. We might always have residue from our past, but we get to choose to make the best of our days moving f...orward. We don’t have to focus on the past, instead we get to focus on the new manna God has for us today. Why? Because every day is a new opportunity. Isaiah 58:8 Then your light will break out like the dawn, And your recovery will speedily spring forth; And your righteousness will go before you; The glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Grace is: -kindness -goodwill toward you -unearned love and favor from God -the source of all help... -renewing of the heart -help to resist addiction Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16) You have an Advocate and Intercessor to help you!

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31) For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. (Hebrews 12:3)

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)

Be patient friends! Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philipians 1:6
