Hey team, here’s another workout for you. Warm Up 25 Jumping Jacks 20 Burpees... Workout (3 Rounds) 15 Side Laying Leg Raises (each side) 15 Close Grip Push Ups (knees down if you can’t maintain good form) 12 Plank Shoulder Taps 25 Squats 20 Lunges (each side) 30 second Superman hold (make sure to squeeze your glute muscles or you may hurt your back) 12 Pull Ups (if equipment is available) 20 side crunches (each side) 20second Hollow Hold* 20 V-Ups (modify if necessary)* *see the previous workout if you need a demonstration of these, Instagram only gives me limited time for this video See more
