As everyone coasts into your busy summer schedule, remember to take time for yourself. Restorative sessions are available Wednesday and Thursday evenings and afternoons upon request.

I’m excited to announce that my webpage has changed to Zenfully Yours. Sunday sessions will now be at 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Reservations will need to be made due to limited space. Restorative sessions will still be available in the evenings by appointment. All sessions will be conducted at 163 Dockweiler Rd S.

Happy New Year and welcome winter!!! We will resume our yoga practice in the big barn on Sunday January 7th. Dress in layers so you can peel away as you warm up to your practice. Meditation and breath with movement will be our focus this year. Looking forward to your presence! Namaste

Welcome Autumn!! As the cooler weather turns our summer into fall, we often think about turning over a new leaf ( no pun intended). What a great time to turn our thoughts into improving our bodies and spirits. With the fresh crisp air comes the excitement of the approaching holiday months ,and with it brings the stress of life's demands. Will you take the time to nurture your body so that in turn you may nurture your relationships? I invite you to join our classes whether you are a beginner or a novice- yoga is all about you and your journey. Yoga in the barn each Sunday at 4:00 ( $10 a session and $35 prepay for the whole month), and restorative sessions week nights Tuesday through Thursday by appointment ($25 per person per session).
