We see it every day, BGH friends...on social media posts, on television, even in conversations at work. People bragging about buying things for their pets on Amazon, Chewy or Bark Box. We know these sources are convenient, and can sometimes save a few bucks, but the BENEFITS you get from buying from a local, INDEPENDENT retailer (yeah, like US of course) are very real and help many people. Dollars spent locally remain in the community, and the good those dollars do is far ...reaching. It spreads like ripples on a pond. As we roll into a new year, let’s all be mindful of how we can help our COMMUNITIES thrive. Do your best to keep your dollars within your local circle. When you do, everyone wins! We guarantee you, Jeff Bezos does not care if businesses within your community thrive or die. In fact, he’s banking on shutting as many of them down as he can.
