I don't know about you, but that seems rather low. Especially considering the fact that my iPhone just reported that my "screen time" was "down" today...at 5+ hours of use! Okay, maybe it's because we work in social media so we spend more time on it, but the fact is, we are ALL spending more time on social media than ever before. With a flick of our wrist and a few well placed sentences, we are asking AND influencing others with our socializing, shopping and yes, even memes. ...It's all too easy to ask for a quick recommendation and get flooded with negative and/or positive feedback. We can easily see who's online and shoot a quick message for instant gratification. We are bombarded with "personalized" ads targeted through our social media usage history. There's no stopping the power of social media. What's a business to do? Join right in, that's what! Go where your customers are. (Hint: they are obviously on social media!) Everyone spends a good chunk of their day on one social platform or another and if you aren't talking to them, engaging them, impressing them...you are missing out on vast opportunities.

2020 has been quite the year hasn't it? #TeamBlue may be sporting our "bad reviews" t-shirts all in good fun, but the truth is, this year has brought forth so much opportunity for us to really define who we are as a company. Today we pause to remember America's brave sons and daughters who lost their lives on 9/11 and we honor the continued service and sacrifice of our first responders across our nation. May we never forget that freedom, isn't FREE. Our hearts and prayers go out to all the families who are forever effected by the events of 9/11/01.
