The February employee of the month award goes to Tom Hires. Tom has had a long tenure in the tile industry, since the 1980’s. He joined C.C. Owen as a seasoned tile setter professional and brought the best of his past experiences and knowledge with him when he came. Tom focuses on the task at hand and works towards team unity on the jobs he runs knowing everyone on the team has something to bring to the table. We are grateful to have Tom as part of our team and appreciate the contributions he brings to the C.C. Owen Team!

Getting both of these right requires experienced hands and knowledge of current tile industry standards. With new products and methods being introduced all the time, it is impossible to know everything about every installation product and method. However, NTCA certified Five Star Contractors who employ CTEF Certified Tile Installers know the installation requirements for the products and methods they use regularly. We are also looking for a Tile-Finisher Helper that provides general labor duties supporting the craftsmen on a job or project. In addition, they must maintain standard dress & safety codes, job site cleanliness, accurate timesheet reporting, transportation to the job sites, a self starter and maintain a conscientious work ethic.
