There's an App For That! For the next week I am going to be sharing some favorite apps that can help turn your phone into a toolbox. App#1- "Self Help for Trauma" is a FREE app defined as "Emotional First Aid for Stress" by the creators at The Peaceful Heart Network. This app will guide you through a Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) that takes 10 minutes to do, and has proven helpful in calming responses to stress and traumatic experiences for over 100,000 people in 20 countri...es. It is a first aid technique which means anyone at any age can do it, and it is not a replacement for professional help. Again, the app is free, the creators only ask that you pass it on. It is available in many languages and you can access it at anytime anywhere.
